Return & Exchange Policy

Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Proof of Purchase: A purchase invoice or order number must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items: Opened or used products. Products purchased during promotional offers or discounts (unless defective). Products that are customized per the customer's request.

Fees & Charges: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or store error, the store will bear all shipping and return costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or exchange request without a defect, the customer bears the shipping and return costs.
